The training is conducted by a scrum certified expert using a high end virtual platform technology. You can attend the virtual class from your home or a location of your choice using a desktop/laptop with speakers.
This course is made up of discussions and hands-on exercises based upon real-life cases. It teaches how to maximize the value of products/systems.
How It Works
- This training is conducted in a webinar format with multiple interactive and engaging elements such as Q&As, role play videos, discussions with experts, and quizzes. Participants will be provided login access to the Webinar platform two days prior to the class.
- At the end of each section, videos are shown to summarize and reinforce the concept. Participants can participate in role plays and case studies based on real-life scenarios that describe how challenges faced by Scrum teams are handled.
- Participants answer multiple choice questions after each concept. This helps them understand the concept better, and also prepares them for the Professional Scrum Product Owner certification exam.
