CERTIFICATION:

At the end of the course, participants will:

1. Receive a SCILS Management Centre issued a certificate of Proficiency in Global Professional Human Resource Management (HRCI-GPHRI Aligned)
2. Be eligible to sit for and pass at first attempt the Senior Professional Human Resource Certification Institute GPHRITM Exam
   • This is a computer-based exam taken at Pearson VUE Testing Centre
   • It consists of 140 multiple choice questions plus 25 pre-test questions and must be completed within 3 hours.

PREREQUISITE:

To be eligible for the SPHRITM Certification Exam;

1. Have at least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position plus a high school diploma
2. Provide a summary of Curriculum Vitae
3. Agree to Code of Conduct
4. Agree to Terms and Conditions
5. Pay Application Fee of ($100) and Exam Fee ($495)
6. Sit and pass for the exam
